A new app called Karma lets you instantly send gifts to friends, even if you don’t know their physical address. A service for “in-the-moment gifting,” Karma lets you send everything from a bottle of wine to a fuzzy teddy bear to friends via SMS, email, and Facebook. Scam Pokemon app removed from iOS app store

An illegitimate, 99¢ version of Pokemon Yellow that claimed to be “just like the original” has been removed from the iOS App Store after quickly climbing the store’s paid app charts over the weekend. Nintendo and Apple have yet to respond to a request for comment on the matter, but it seems the companies have finally cottoned on to the fact that developer “House of Anime” did not have the rights to use the Pokemon name and images on the App Store.
