Licensed in the State of Colorado, as well as a member of the American Institute of Architects, Ken has over ten years of experience in residential architecture, and almost fifteen within the AEC industry.  A dedicated self-starter with a passion for architecture, he has managed countless projects ranging in scale from basement remodels to 250,000 square foot fractional ownership clubs.  With extensive involvement in all phases of these projects from initial pre-design consultation with the clients through final punch-list and owner occupancy, Ken brings an extremely well rounded approach to any project.

Ms Falcone graduated from the University of Colorado in 1977, and obtained a BA in Art Education and Italian. She studied abroad in Siena in 1976 and lived in Florence in 1994.
